Limits on Electronics Use in Cars Is Safe Thinking (ContributorNetwork)

[unable to retrieve full-text content]ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | Last year, I was almost involved in a minor auto accident due to what could be easily referred to as careless driving. Driving down what was a relatively empty street, I was almost hit by another driver in another vehicle. Once both the vehicles came to a stop, I looked into the other vehicle and saw something that absolutely made my blood boil. The person in the other car was talking on their cell phone and came within two feet of hitting my car. My question then was why aren't there stricter regulations for using electronic devices in cell phones?
